Umbro who are now a subsidiary of Nike Inc are really taking football serious and have now really started to focus of goalkeeping, Umbro a football brand that invented sportswear and sports tailoring. Umbro’s first major football kit was made for Manchester City in 1934, a kit they won the FA Cup in. Today Umbro combines its heritage in sports tailoring with modern football culture to create groundbreaking and iconic football apparel, footwear and equipment that blend performance and style which has been used all Goalkeeper products too.
This month sees color updates on popular glove styles in the Umbro glove range, with the latest Geometra colorway released it’s now the turn of the Neo Pro which has been tailored by Umbro, for February 2012 Umbro have updated the Neo colourway to a striking new Black Gold White which has been made in very limited numbers. The Umbro Neo Pro Roll Finger which was originally put together with feedback from Joe Hart.
The glove has some great Features , Umbro use the 4mm Hyper-Hession all-weather latex foam mounted on to a Rolled Finger with a negative thumb. Glove backhand/Body: Is made using a neoprene with latex knuckle area and latex at the bottom half of the backhand. The wrist features a support design made with neoprene which offer the goalkeeper a far greater support and fit.
