Firstly a happy new year to you all. It’s going to be an exciting 2012 for the goalkeeping market place, for one brand it’s going to be really exciting. Uhlsport next month (February launch their spring summer) glove collection which really does feature some amazing gloves.
Below we have picked out 5 of our favourite gloves from the new range. Top of the pile is the new Cerberus Handbett which is a update of the popular Fingerbett. The Handbett comes with a patented Absolutgrip Plus latex foam for advanced cushioning and outstanding grip in all weather conditions. The new Handbett has an ergonomically pre-moulded layer of latex inside the the palm for finger and had stability,anti slip and extra cushioning. The Handbett once on is a perfect fitting glove which is enhanced by the double wrap thumb construction which completes the fit. The long palm is once again used this is favoured by the Liverpool and Spanish stopper Pepe Reina of is expected to wear this new glove.
Another real highlight will be the new Aquasoft Absolutroll comes with a newly developed Roll cut which is an innovative cut which provides the characteristics and fitting of a roll finger but eliminates stiching lines on the palmside of the middle fingers. Small latex gussets grant a perfect surround grip and precurved fingers for an outstanding hand to ball contact at the fingertips.
