Spurs to make improved £13.5m bid for Lloris???
Ramous are rife that Spurs have had a £12m offer rejected for French international goalkeeper Hugo Lloris 25.
Lloris who at the moment plays his trade in France at Lyon value Lloris at €20m (£15.8m) and reports say they are ready to sell the former Nice man to raise funds and ease their wage bill after missing out on a place in the Champions League for the coming season.
Lloris, who has also been linked with Arsenal and is under contract until 2015
Jean-Michel Aulas, the Lyon president, revealed earlier this month that Lloris could leave the Stade Gerland this summer.
“Lloris told me that he would like to leave if he has an opportunity to play for one of the five biggest European sides,” Aulas told his club’s official website last week.
“If any of these teams make an offer meeting his market value, €20m, he will be allowed to leave.
“For now, though, I have not received any offers, neither from Arsenal nor from elsewhere.”
