Retro gloves 2007 – The Adidas Response Pro (white royal black)

As Adidas get ready to launch new colour updates in their current glove collection we thought we would being you a blast from the past from the German sports wear giants.
Over the past few day’s we have been looking back over some of the old gloves we have here in the basement at great-save.com and we came across this pair of Adidas Response Pro’s from 2007.
The glove featured Adidas E6S latex which was made using 2 different layers of latex which resulted in superior shot absorbing and grip. The ES6 latex was a firm favourite of professional goalkeepers Edwin Van Der Sar and Oliver Kahn who used Adidas gloves most of their goalkeeping careers.
The Adidas Response Pro was great-save.com best selling Adidas glove of 2007, the design was also worn by Liverpool’s Pepe Reina.
The glove launched in the April of 2007 and was soon a big hit with many keepers across the world, the fit and feel on this glove was incredible for a flat palm goalkeepers glove it was almost the perfect flat cut glove ever made by Adidas. The Dynamic cut gave this glove a snug a secure fit whist the wider full wrap wrist strap gave a perfect closure.
